We are currently looking for a {job title} for our client based in {job location}. This is a direct permanent position with our client. Our support and placement services, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your job

Maintenance work on buildings and building services (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sanitary systems)
Troubleshooting
Operation of the building management system
Responsible for planning and adhering to scheduled maintenance work and ensuring that it is documented properly
Participation in the continuous improvement of systems and processes
Coordination and supervision of orders to external tradesmen and fitters
On-call duty after a thorough training period (problems can usually be solved remotely)

Your profile

Completed vocational training in a technical or manual field (in HVAC or electrical engineering is a great advantage, but not essential)
License to connect electrical products (Art. 15 NIV) or willingness to obtain such a license
Good MS Office and PC skills
Very good written and spoken German

Independent personality with a high degree of personal responsibility and a can-do attitude
Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
Willingness to work on-call and special assignments
