We are currently looking for a {job title} for our client based in {job location}. This is a direct permanent position with our client. Our support and placement services, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your job

As an internal technical consultant, you will be the competent point of contact for customers' technical questions. This includes the following tasks in particular:
You will answer technical inquiries from our customers throughout German-speaking Switzerland regarding the entire product range on the Swiss market, either by phone or email.
You will also support internal departments such as customer service, sales, product management, and the technical field service in all technical matters.
In addition, you will plan and calculate projects using ProPlanner software for our successful pre-wall systems.
In your role, you will also support the technical consultants with customer training in our modern training center at our headquarters.

Your profile

You have completed vocational training as a plumber or building services engineer specializing in plumbing and have several years of professional experience. You also have the following qualities:
Enjoy customer contact
Communicative, service-oriented, and trustworthy manner
Good IT user skills (MS Office, etc.)
Very good technical understanding
