Description

We are currently looking for a {job title} for our client based in {job location}. This is a direct permanent position with our client. Our support and placement services, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your job

  • Assembling, mounting, and wiring of components (semi-finished products) and complete devices according to order-specific documentation (parts lists, assembly instructions/guidelines, schematics, wiring tables, assembly drawings, etc.)
  • Electronic documentation of device data (serialization) in the ERP system (SAP, etc.)
  • Performing and documenting quality checks and inspections (self-checking)
  • Compliance with instructions, performance specifications, and guidelines
  • Operating regulations, occupational safety, rules of conduct
  • Quality specifications and requirements
  • Deadlines/performance targets (order times)
  • Documentation of work/activities performed
  • Daily updating of assembly and work reports (Fauf)
  • Initiation of quality process for defective material
  • Immediate communication of findings and deviations (material, documents, processes, etc.)
  • Creation/recording of red corrections for all production documents in accordance with the process
  • Implementing improvement measures (continuous improvement process "CIP")

    Your profile

    • Familiar with the production environment
    • Automation engineer OR other experienced electrical engineering professionals from industry/construction OR polymechanics
    • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing documents
    • Experienced candidates desirable
    • A certain degree of consistency in the activities (function- and industry-related) in the CV
    • Independent, focused, conscientious, and QUALITY-ORIENTED approach to work.
    • IT skills
    • Fluent written and spoken German (at least B2 level)

      knowledge

      • Should be familiar with the production environment
      • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manufacturing documents
